Conditions of Sale and Deposits

SALE: We will reserve the right in the sale of our puppies, and care with the type of homes in which they are placed. Ours puppies will not be sold to retailers or pet stores.
HEALTH: We provide high standards of health and care for ours puppies, and guarantee the health at the time of sale in accordance with the (USDA) regulations.
CONTRACT: We will provide a contract agreement at the time of sell that will specify what product is used for de-worming, vaccine(s), and dates the puppies receive medical attention and transfer all applicable registration papers at the time the purchase agreement is completed and is agreeable to both parties.
BREEDING: A purebred dog involves certain responsibilities. Our Rottweiler puppies are sold as "show quality" and as "pets" Only. Any puppy sold as pet quality shall not be used as breeding.
We will not release any puppy until it is at least (8) weeks old, new owner should contact pet travel for more information if the puppy is to be shipped.
DEPOSITS: We are now accepting $500.00 non-refundable deposits at this time. Your puppy must be paid in full at the time of pick-up, delivery, and or shipment.
SHIPMENT: Dog's New Owner is responsable for cost of Shipping and Pet Porter.
FULL PAYMENT: We will accept your deposit to be paid via credit card. If you live out of state, the balance must to be paid via WIRE TRANSFER to our bank account. Before you send us any monies we will send you copies of our business license and Felsiger Berg Kennels contract
